Health policy and systems research training: global status and recommendations for action
This paper reports the findings of a study that explored the characteristics of health policy and systems research (HPSR) training across the world, with the aim of making recommendations for improvement and expansion. In 2014, the authors identified organisations offering HPSR training worldwide, recruited participants from the identified organisations for an online survey on the nature of their organisations and relevant courses, and explored the survey findings during in-depth interviews with key informants.
